Customer Request:
Customer request was to be able to send sms messages to their customers for new offers or for marketing purposes. The client has multiple shops in different locations and customers are to be separated between these different locations as sms messages and offers are specific for each shop. Additionally, for each customer the client wanted to create a loyalty system using points for each customer of each shop.
Solution:
We have combined an sms server with a database that has been created keeping all customer details for each location and shop independently.
This database may be accessed and updated by users of each individual location and sms messages can be sent from each shop to their individual customers.
Furthermore, for each added customer the manager can track invoices as well as their points for the purchased items based on the amount of the invoice.
This created a customer loyalty system which could keep track of the top customers.
